Creating a portal for clients to search & order Ethernet, manage their accounts, quotes, orders and incidents.

Project

Vodafone chose Jacob Bailey International Creative and Digital agency to create their wholesale portal, giving their customers the ability to search and order Ethernet, manage their account, quotes, order & incidents on the Vodafone Wholesale website.

Role & Responsibility

As the Lead Designer at Jacob Bailey, I worked from the Vodafone Headquarters for the duration of the project, where I was able to collaborate closely with their marketing team, product owners and developers.  

I developed user journeys, flows and wireframes for all possible scenarios.
